Delivery / Pickup

Standard Delivery / Standard Pickup Policy:

• Standard delivery / pickup rate is $150.00 each way.

• An early hours / after hours fees may be incurred if outside the window of 9:30am - 4:30pm of open business days. (Service may be declined if staff unavailable)

• Delivery / Pickup during weekends will incur a weekend opening fee of $400 for every timeslot an employee must be scheduled to be available. (Service may be declined if staff unavailable)

• We will do our best to work with customers, however Little Giant holds the right to decline delivery / pickup service due to unavailability or scheduling problems.

*** Please be aware the delivery/pickup driver sent by Little Giant will operate the vehicle, but the driver is NOT available to assist with loading in/out of location. The client and/or on-site contact is responsible for loading in/out of their location and should prepare crew accordingly. ***

Free Delivery / Free Pickup policy:

• $500 Rental total minimum (Does not apply to Expendables / Sales items such as seamless paper rolls)

• During the window of 9:30am - 4:30pm of open business days. (Closed on some holidays)

• Within the San Francisco Peninsula as indicated by the orange zone on following map. The San Francisco Peninsula applies to San Francisco in the north and Mountain View to the south.

• Provide an equipment list with Delivery / Pickup times and details more than 2 days (working business days) of advance notice before equipment is scheduled to leave the shop. Last minute orders are subject to standard rates.

• We will do our best to work with customers, however Little Giant holds the right to decline delivery / pickup service due to unavailability or scheduling problems.
  

If your order does not fall within these requirements, Delivery / Pickup can still be arranged, but will be charged based on our rates.

*Delivery / Pickup is available to orange and purple zones.
**Orange zone may qualify for free delivery / pickup if conditions are met.
