Delivery / Pickup
Free Delivery / Free Pickup policy:
$500 Rental total minimum (Does not apply to Expendables / Sales items such as seamless paper rolls)
During open business hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. (Closed on some holidays)
Delivery / Pickup outside of business hours will incur an early hours / after hours fee depending on the timeframe and availability of staff. (Service may be declined if staff unavailable)
Delivery / Pickup during weekends will incur a weekend opening fee of $400 for every timeslot an employee must be scheduled to be available. (Service may be declined if staff unavailable)
Within the San Francisco Peninsula. The San Francisco Peninsula applies to San Francisco in the north and Mountain View to the south. Outside of these areas will be charged a non-local fee dependent on the location and distance to drive.
Please provide a finalized equipment list + Delivery / Pickup times and details more than 2 days (working business days) of advance notice before equipment is scheduled to leave the shop. Last minute orders are subject to standard rates.
We will do our best to work with customers, however Little Giant holds the right to decline delivery / pickup service due to unavailability or scheduling problems.
If your order does not fall within these requirements, Delivery / Pickup can still be arranged, but will be charged based on our rates.

We are willing to deliver the afternoon before your shoot date and pickup the morning after your shoot date to allow the customer to hold equipment the entire 24 hours of their scheduled rental. Please clarify this in your email when arranging Delivery / Pickup times if interested.
